THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Day-to-Day Manager to oversee and support the daily operations of our artists. This is a client-facing project management position requiring 4+ years of direct experience in music management or the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and deeply knowledgeable about pop / alternative music, global touring logistics, and release campaigns. You’ll be expected to maintain strict discretion, juggle multiple projects, and ensure seamless communication between artists and their extended teams.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who possesses a keen attention to detail, understands the evolving landscapes of popular and niche cultures, and has a natural inclination towards using new technologies. As this is a role that requires direct experience in our field, your personal network is important.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Artist & Calendar Management
Coordinate daily artist schedules, rehearsals, meetings, press, and personal requests
Manage day-to-day calendar and booking logistics across multiple time zones
Efficient daily communication with the artist, ensuring confidentiality at all times

Tour & Travel Logistics 
Book and manage travel, accommodations, itineraries, and transportation
Liaise with tour managers, venues, promoters, and crew
Coordinate global tour schedules, promo appearances, and associated logistics

Project & Release Management
Oversee timelines for music releases, campaigns, and content rollouts
Collaborate with label partners, creative teams, and publicists to meet deadlines
Assist with planning and implementation of artist campaigns across music, merch, and marketing

Content & Creative Oversight
Support creative direction, provide feedback on visuals, music, merch, and branding
Coordinate photo/video shoots and provide on-site support as needed
Support social media ideation, calendar management, posting, and approvals

Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a central point of contact between artists and third parties: labels, publishers, agents, legal, PR, and business managers
Filter and streamline communication, providing clear updates to artist managers
Attend events, shoots, and shows to ensure real-time execution of plans

Administrative & Financial Support
Track budgets, manage expenses and invoices, and reconcile tour and promo costs
Maintain contracts, project trackers, and reporting systems
Prepare and manage decks or pitch materials as needed

WHO YOU ARE: 

4+ years’ experience in music management, label operations, or the entertainment industry
Deep understanding of the global live touring business and pop/alternative music ecosystems
Tech-savvy and highly organized with exceptional time management skills
Professional, resourceful, and calm under pressure in high-stakes situations
Strong multitasker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiar with Google Workspace, Slack, Trello/Asana, Dropbox, Zoom, and file-sharing platforms
Comfortable working independently while juggling multiple high-priority deadlines
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube)
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets/Docs
Must have a car and valid driver’s license
Must have a passport

BONUS POINTS: 

Experience working with artists in pop, rock, or alternative genres
Prior label experience or work with digital distribution platforms
Touring marketing experience—coordinating directly with promoters and ad teams
Skilled in graphic or video editing (Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite)
Experience hiring and coordinating creatives, issuing agreements, and tracking deadlines
Ability to contribute creative and strategic insight into artist campaigns, decks, and social rollouts
Comfortable reviewing contracts related to music, touring, and branded content
